Annotatsiya

Maqolada xalqaro ilmiy anjumanlar MICE (uchrashuvlar, ragʻbatlantirish sayohatlari, konferensiyalar, koʻrgazmalar) turizmining bir shakli sifatida oʻrganildi hamda tarixiy-madaniy destinatsiyalarda ularni aylanma bioiqtisodiyot tamoyillari asosida tashkil etish modeli taklif qilindi. III Xalqaro bioiqtisodiyot konvensiyasi (Buxoro, 2026-yil 24-25-sentyabr) misolida aralash usullarga asoslangan tadqiqot dizayni qoʻllanildi: tashkilotchilar hujjatlarini tahlil qilish, tadbir faoliyatidagi resurs oqimlarini xaritalash va bevosita xarajatlarni ssenariy asosida baholash. Baholashlar dastlabki (ex-ante) xarakterga ega boʻlib, tadbirdan keyingi maʼlumotlar bilan tekshirilishi lozim. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatdiki, yigʻma badal tuzilmasi xorijiy delegatlar xarajatlarini bevosita mahalliy mehmonxona va ovqatlanish xizmatlariga yoʻnaltiradi, gibrid format esa ishtirokning uglerod sigʻimini kamaytiradi. Ovqatlanish, materiallar va transport aylanma iqtisodiyot salohiyati eng yuqori boʻlgan uchta resurs oqimi ekanligi aniqlandi. Ilmiy tadbirlarni destinatsiya jozibadorligini mavsumdan tashqari davrda oshiruvchi regenerativ omilga aylantirish uchun siyosiy vosita sifatida Buxoro uchun “Yashil tadbir standarti”ni joriy etish tavsiya etiladi.
