Annotatsiya

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashil moliyalashtirish rivoji sharoitida iqtisodiy o‘sish va karbonat angidrid chiqindilari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik o‘rganildi. Jahon bankining 2000-2023-yillardagi ma’lumotlari asosida uglerod intensivligi, Tapio elastikligi va tarkibiy o‘zgarishlar regressiyasi tahlil qilindi. Natijalarning barqarorligi muqobil davrlashtirish va pandemiya yilini chiqarib tashlash orqali tekshirildi. Uglerod intensivligining uzoq muddatli pasayishi qayd etildi, biroq 2019-yildan keyingi bog‘liqlik o‘zgarishi statistik jihatdan tasdiqlanmadi. Natijalar qisqa kuzatuv davri hamda moliyalashtirish bilan loyihalarning ishga tushishi o‘rtasidagi vaqt farqi doirasida talqin qilindi. Yashil moliyaviy oqimlarni hisobga olish, energetik ko‘rsatkichlarni izchil kuzatish va ma’lumotlar qamrovini kengaytirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqildi. Yashil moliyalashtirishning bevosita sababiy ta’sirini baholash uchun qo‘shimcha ma’lumotlar zarurligi ta’kidlandi.
