Annotatsiya

Maqolada madaniy meros obyektlarida turistik oqimlarni barqaror boshqarish imkoniyatlari sirkulyar bioiqtisodiyot tamoyillarini moslashtirish orqali o‘rganildi. Dunxuandagi Mogao g‘orlari va Samarqand tajribasi qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda hujjatlar va ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili, dala kuzatuvlari hamda norasmiy suhbatlardan foydalanildi. Merosga tushadigan yukni kamaytirish, raqamli muqobillar, manfaatlarni mahalliy jamoalarda taqsimlash va institutsional muvofiqlashtirishdan iborat to‘rtta mexanizm tizimlashtirildi. Samarqand uchun tashrif sig‘imini baholash, elektron bronlash, raqamlashtirish va preventiv monitoring yo‘nalishlari taklif etildi. Mahallalar ishtiroki hamda idoralararo hamkorlikning ahamiyati yoritildi. Qisqa, o‘rta va uzoq muddatli amalga oshirish bosqichlari belgilandi. Xulosalar sifat tadqiqoti doirasida shakllantirilib, takliflarning natijadorligini keyingi kuzatuvlar va miqdoriy baholash orqali tekshirish zarurati alohida qayd etildi.
