OʻZBEKISTONDA TOʻQIMACHILIK MAHSULOTLARI EKSPORTINI OSHIRISHDA XALQARO STANDARTLASHTIRISHNING AHAMIYATI

Abstract

The article examined the significance of international standardisation for Uzbekistanʼs textile exports through export value and composition. Data for 2023-2025 and the first half of 2026-were examined using structural and comparative analysis. The ratio of finished product to yarn shares was considered an indirect indicator of adaptation to standards. Finished products gained export share while overall exports declined. Certification, laboratory testing and harmonisation were examined as conditions for market access. Required growth rates for export targets were calculated. Limits to isolating standardisationʼs independent effect were acknowledged. Recommendations addressed certification cost support, product traceability and improved statistics to facilitate exports of finished textile products.
