Abstract

The article examines coordination between e-commerce order intake, warehouse processing, payment reconciliation and delivery. System analysis is used to develop a data exchange model linking postal operators, online sellers and payment providers. The proposed outputs include an operations map, process ownership and performance indicators. Shaislamova’s work on electronic payments provides a theoretical basis for incorporating payment processing into the model. The recommendations are methodological, and their economic effects require assessment through a pilot project. Foreign studies on warehousing, last-mile logistics, service quality and reverse logistics, as well as Uzbekistan’s laws on e-commerce, postal communication and payments, were reviewed. The recommendations cover a single identifier, stock reservation, sorting of returned goods and payment reconciliation. A responsibility table for order stages and six monitoring indicators with calculation rules are provided. The results allow a postal operator to control data handover points between warehouse, delivery and settlement units.
