Abstract
This article examines the impact of sustainable tourism on local community income and employment levels. It explores the opportunities for creating new jobs, increasing household income, and promoting local entrepreneurship through the integration of economic, environmental, and social interests in tourism development. Particular attention is given to engaging local communities in tourism service provision, strengthening regional economic activity, and ensuring that tourism-generated income contributes to the well-being of local residents. The findings are intended to support the development of recommendations aimed at improving the socioeconomic effectiveness of sustainable tourism. The study applied systematic and comparative analysis, scientific abstraction and generalization. Directions for strengthening the impact of sustainable tourism on local income and employment, the ways to implement them and the expected results were systematized in a table. A model for the integrated management of local economic benefits was proposed. The model covers three stages: resource assessment, introduction of management mechanisms and indicator-based monitoring. Keywords
