Abstract
The article examined Bukhara State Universityʼs contribution to the green economy through education, campus practices and knowledge transfer. The case study applied comparative and quantitative analysis to international rankings and university data. Relative ranking positions, performance across categories and development opportunities were assessed. Solar power economics were examined through the levelised cost of electricity and investment payback period. The analysis identified an improved relative ranking position and priorities for waste management, clean transport and green startups. A knowledge-based green model connected education, research, campus infrastructure and regional cooperation through feedback. The model was proposed to coordinate university activities for sustainable development. Keywords
