OLIY TAʼLIM MUASSASALARIDA TALABALAR TAJRIBASINI BOSHQARISHNING ZAMONAVIY YONDASHUVLARINI RIVOJLANTIRISH

Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda oliy taʼlim muassasalarida talabalar tajribasini boshqarishning
zamonaviy yondashuvlari oʻrganildi. Tadqiqot davomida talabalar jalb etilishi,
akademik va ijtimoiy integratsiya, talaba ovozi hamda qoʻllab-quvvatlash
xizmatlarining oʻzaro bogʻliqligi tahlil qilindi. Kahu, Nelson va Tinto nazariyalari
asosida talabalar tajribasini boshqarishning konseptual modeli shakllantirildi. Xalqaro
soʻrovnoma natijalari akademik qoʻllab-quvvatlash, taʼlim muhiti va talabalar bilan
hamkorlik taʼlim sifati hamda qoniqish darajasiga ijobiy taʼsir koʻrsatganini tasdiqladi.
Shuningdek, oʻquv tahlili va raqamli vositalardan foydalanish talabalar ehtiyojlarini
aniqlash va boshqaruv qarorlarini takomillashtirish imkonini bergani aniqlandi.
Tadqiqot natijalari talabalar markazlashgan boshqaruv mexanizmlarini rivojlantirish
uchun amaliy asos yaratdi.
