Maqolada oliy taʼlim muassasalarini boshqarish tizimining nazariy va metodologik asoslari koʻrib chiqilgan . Zamonaviy universitetlar modeliga tatbiq etiladigan asosiy boshqaruv yondashuvlari tahlil qilingan. Taʼlim bozorida raqamlashtirish, globallashuv va kuchayib borayotgan raqobat sharoitlariga mos keluvchi boshqaruvning asosiy tamoyillari va vositalari ajrat ib koʻrsatilgan. Akademik avtonomiya, bozor yoʻnalishi va tarmoq mantiqiy elementlarini birlashtiruvchi gibrid boshqaruv modeliga oʻtish zarurati asoslab berilgan.
