Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of organizing production in the building materials industry on the principles of quality management and its assessment in a scientific and practical way. In order to determine the level of Quality Management in the construc tion materials industry, integrated assessment methods such as integrated indicators, scoring assessment, benchmarking, quality cost analysis and Statistical Process Management and practical proposals for improving quality management systems at enterprises of the construction materials industry, strengthening internal audit and making management decisions were developed. № 1 382
