BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN UZBEKISTAN: CURRENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract

This article analyzed the processes of sustainable development and future prospects of the business and entrepreneurship system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the study, the role of the small and medium -sized business sector in the national economy and its steadily increasing contribution to gross domestic product and employment were substantiated based on official statistical data. The activation of the startup ecosystem, expansion of IT Park activities, and the successful implementation of digital technologies, e -commerce, and financial technologies in entrepreneurial practice were demonstrated.
