Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida don mahsulotlari tarmogʻida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishning nazariy va metodologik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda klassik boshqaruv yondashuvlari raqamli texnologiyalar bilan integratsiyalashuv jar ayonida qanday oʻzgarishga uchragani yoritilgan. Strategik rejalashtirish, operatsion boshqaruv, risk -menejment, sifat nazorati va kadrlar boshqaruvi samaradorlikning asosiy yo‘nalishlari sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston don sanoatidagi a maliy tajriba xalqaro ilg‘or uslublar bilan taqqoslab o‘rganilgan. Maqolada ERP, BI, AI va IoT texnologiyalarining boshqaruv tizimiga ta’siri tahlil qilinib, samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan to‘rt bosqichli kompleks model taklif etilgan.
